Chrysocolla and Brass Coin Earrings - Jewelry with Meaning - Communication

I found a listing on Facebook, someone had several strands of gemstones they bought to make jewelry and decided they didn't want to do it anymore. 

I got some beautiful strands 

One of them was chrysocolla. 

At first I wasn't for sure what to do with them. Then one day digging thru my stash, and organizing I found these fun brass coins. 

It all fell into place after that!!

Chyrsocolla is first and foremost a Stone of Communication. Its very essence is devoted to expression, empowerment and teaching. The serenity of its turquoise-blue color discharges negative energies, calms, and allows truth and inner wisdom to surface and be heard.

Chunky Amethyst and Dyed Quartz Points Necklace - Jewelry with Purpose - Amplified Peace

I made this one with great excitement when I found out the jewelry trends for 2019 were going to be big, chunky styles. 

Thats my favorite!

Big amethyst beads offset with dyed AB finish quartz points. A handmade wire wrapped sterling free form wire pendant is the focal. 

It's not a long piece, 19", so it sits just passed the collar bone. Right at the opening of a shirt, and becomes the star of the show. 

Amethyst is the stone of peace and calm, and quartz is an energy amplifier. 

Not a bad thing to have amped up!

I won't be offended if this necklace is out of trend now, because it is just my style, and I may have to start wearing it!!!

Serpentine Donut Pendant w/ Free Form Copper Accent - Jewelry with Meaning -

It all started with this:

I had an idea in my head for a pendant but I got too aggressive with the hammering and I broke the wire. I was so mad at myself. 

Step back. 

Take a breath. 

Re group. 

What can we do with this?

I began working with the broken piece, wire wrapping and shaping more so as a creative outlet, to keep the momentum going, than anything else. 

Pretty soon, a pendant started to form. 

It wasn't enough to be a stand alone piece, it needed something else. 

I randomly laid it down on my work bench, on top of a serpentine donut.

*queue the angel choir*

And there it was!!!

I just needed to figure out how to attach it to the donut. 

I am ridiculously pleased with this piece, and was very hard pressed to list it in my Etsy store. 

We are starting with a foundation of Serpentine which is comfort, revitalization, regeneration, connection with nature, now lets add tiger eye, jasper and moonstone to this to compliment the energy with protection, intuition and strength. 

This is a perfect companion for those on a new path, starting a journey where there is some doubt, or you are out of your comfort zone. 

I love it!!!

So next time you think you have ruined a project, or made a mistake, take it as a learning experience, and keep going. You never know where you will end up!!!

Bamboo Jasper Copper Wrapped Pendant - Jewelry with Meaning - Strong Healing

This bamboo jasper is another one I got from KGNShop on Etsy. 

I love the off set cut of this cabochon. 

It has a beautiful shiny finish on the front, and a matte finish on the back. 

Bamboo jasper being part of the jasper family, has a gentleness and nurturing quality. It also helps to eliminate negativity. It is a strong healer and can be helpful when energy is low. Bamboo Jasper also  protects against negativity and is good for grounding.

Unakite and Garnet on Copper Bracelet - Jewelry with Meaning -

Unakite and garnet can both be found and mined in North Carolina! I love this and being a rock hound, have done my fair share running up and down creek beds looking for fun stone, minerals, crystals and more.

Hand Painted Cards - Show You Care!

I started making little hand painted cards as thank yous for my pet sitting clients. Just an added touch that separates me from others, and keeps me remembered.

From that grew other ideas. I made angel cards for my mom, a birthday card for my daughter and it just kept going.

I enjoy it so much, making these little hand painted works or art, that people can send, or can keep and frame as a fun little conversation piece.
